What is the cause of fatigue amongst the colonists? How do i fix that?

Colonists will become fatigued through the course of their day, especially while at work and to minor extent with their commute distance.

Turn off colonist rendering if you haven't done so already. Provide housing close to their work. Provide plenty of entertainment facilities throughout the map.
