This idea is more aesthetic in that it is to apply the short numbers feature to the change in quantity of the resources. This would be helpful so that the page doesn't get covered when showing the quantities of resources.

You mean the GBT (•ω•)
You can help by EXPANDING IT.
Maybe GBT as well but I think he means the trends that are shown next to your reserves in the top resource bar. This can be a nice addition because currently it's difficult to see the values.
