Cannot make new colony without custom charter
I accidentally deleted the game from my IOS device and redone loaded it. I was unsuccessful in regaining my multiplayer world I was building up on. I was perfectly content with starting over so I could play with my friend. However when I went to make a new game it would not let me advance without a custom charter code. I tried re downloading the game, restarting the app, and even resetting my phone. I even tried just a normal online game and even that would not let advance without the custom charter.
Update: I seemly can’t use any online features. I can’t even make an offline game go online. It will just cause the game to load infinitely or I will need a charter code. The charter code won’t even work. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I really need help
