Hi again.. I have noticed that if i have 3000 housing available, after some time, i'll have like 3100/3000 people.. I like to make sure i have the same amount of people to my jobs available, and not have all these extra people i gotta feed....
even when i turned off immigration off, im still getting more people.. i assume its from them being born.. i dont have any illegals.. so what can i do to stop this?

if you play in browser, you are actually using the 1.0.0 beta version, not the 0.99 "stable" version. The 1.0.0 have new feature, like the birth.
