I have a problem I have done a lot of medical tents and every month my population returns to zero is this a bug or then commits to do
This has been happening to me as well. My health just stays at 0% and doesn’t increase despite the fact that I have several medical tents. The difference for me is that I am left with only a couple colonists, 7 or 8 and I am left rebuilding. My colonists also don’t die every month, they just die when I hit 100 or so. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
seems the medical tents don't work for the healthcare, try other building.
If the pop is below 100, the health level is autoset.

My colonists all die once my colony reach a population of around 100, and I have advanced medical buildings plus plenty of water and food
