when i made a reigon i got pissed that when i go to a different city all the other cities pause and its annoyinh becuase i cant get factories or rovers going all at once while being neat and tidy

other cities within the region periodically update and give resources, rovers harvesting will continue harvesting also. This is due i believe so that it will reduce lag within the game, otherwise you might as well just do a single city.

so it takes a while for them to activate?
