So i bought the premium on my mobile devices but i dont know how to get it on steam without buying it again. Is it that i have to buy it on steam to get it or can i get it with my premium. Any answers are appreciated.

You can not transfer a purchase from a mobile app store to steam. You can however download the native desktop client from the Ape Market which will work with your premium account. It is essentially the same application as you would download on Steam.
