my game vanished, and allough the save file is still there, it only appers if i click on "delete files" it wont let me access them or restore them, please help

@bastecklein any way you can restore his files? I'm not seeing anything I can do on my side

Also note he has a Mac

If it appears in your "delete files" list, does it also appear in your 'backup game file' list?

If Cloud Sync is not on, then I do not have any copies of your colony on any server whatsoever.

If you are on a mac, are you on the web app, the launcher, or the stand alone download? Of did you download from the mac app store?

For most cases on a mac, you cannot access save files externally through the filesystem.

when i hit "restore files" it sends me to my mac finder application, but if i hit "delete" it has completely different things

I had this same problem just uninstall and reinstall the game idk why it fixes it but it does and it will show any maps that you have saved to the servers say it's like on another device but doesn't show up it would then but just clearing the data and cache wont do anything but clear it and when you log back in it won't show anything still
