Need help with Regional Bussing Authority building (not working).
I have created an online region with a housing district and a working district. I placed multiple Regional Bussing Authority buildings in both regions, supplied the buildings with wheels and colonists, and am now trying to get the unemployed colonists from the housing district to commute to the working district. However, there are no colonists working in the working district (other than the colonists working in the regional bussing buildings) and no change to the number of unemployed colonists in the housing district. The cities are touching each other, there are 13,000+ unemployed colonists in the housing district and approx. 1,000 unfilled jobs in the working district. What am I doing wrong??
