Capacity of population error
Symptoms:
1, vehicles do not go through roads
2, building bots do not build things
3, capacity of population drop to very low(like 2 of the lander)

5, ore and steel storage suddenly increse very fast and over the storage limits
6, i cancel the building but can still click and select the invisiable building.

Each time i pay the wage, vehicles and buildings will be normal for a while.

Are you saying the servers are blocked in China? Or just slow connection?
