what is IQ used for - Page 2
If it isn't used why does mine change? And how? Does the relay booth and museums already generate IQ?
I've got to say that I'm suspicious about the museums as I've peppered my planet with them weeks ago and my people are stuck on 75/76 IQ.

I also tried to raise the populations IQ with museums, but they are currently stuck at 75. THey have had short spikes at 76 , but quickly fall back down to 75 again.
It might be that they don't raise it yet and will in the future. I have built enough museums to shame the Smithsonian and all of my colonists still move their lips while reading.
