Hello,
I have researched the Ancient Alien Manufacturing tech and have all ressources necessary to build the Ancient Alien Manufacturing. but it doesn't appear in the building menu and I can't neither improve my Advanced Ore Refinery.
What can I do ?

the most common issue is atmosphere. If not that, you are missing another tech that requires another level of atmo.
If not that, you have to miss a resource. Or the alien builder bot.

I can build the Ancient Alien Microchip Factory or the Ancient Alien Condenser which required the same tech ...

Alien condenser requires some of the alien techs and yes it gives you lots more water. This will give you an idea:
