I have a black map. Can anyone help me please?
Every time I start to play the map is black. I played this map for weeks so I don't want to start a new one. How can I fix it?

The center point may be moved. If you click on the lander icon, does it move the map for you?

Can you provide more info like the version of the game and platform you’re using? Do you have the UI displayed or just a black screen? On iOS 11 devices you need to update to 0.44.2 to get rid of the black screen.

I'm having this issue too. My UI is displayed, and I can still interact with buildings and vehicles when viewing the vehicles only screen, the third view screen, the one where it's all colors and no buildings. but the other two screens are black and frozen. I'm on Android 7.0 on the galaxy s8. any help is greatly appreciated!

it's because you flipped your medical center, should be fixed with 0.45.0

I just flipped the MegaMart and it appears to have crashed my game in much the same manner. I cannot recover my colony. I just get the black screen with a UI that appears to be frozen. I really don't want to lose this map if possible. I am on 0.48.0. I have tried on both my Mac Native Client and my iPhone 6s Plus with the same results. Please help me save my colony. Thank you.

I did, but the black screen occured at a later time

I can play sometimes without the black at all and sometimes it freezes for a second or two and then goes black, but if I scroll the mouse wheel (zoom in/out) it goes back to normal.

Also, I play remotely from my home PC if this may have anything to do with it. Using the same remote app, no other app has this behavior.
