Tourists issues
So i have a tourist cap if around 30k and almost 100 space ports. Plenty of attractions and an atmosphere of over 10m. What could possibly be bottle necking thier arrival?
You may just need more spaceport. With that much tourist capacity the spaceports can't bring in that many tourists. Spaceports only bring in so many tourists every cycle and tourists are always leaving.
