How to store crystals?
I have some new research "Next Gen Power Production" which requires the new blue crystals. I can buy them but can't seem to store them in anything. Is there a special building required to store them?

Is unlocking on the GBT a requirement for gifting?
You can only gift to colonies within your commonwealth, and you have to set up a Consulate to do so. The commonwealth leader must build a Capitol if he doesn't already have a Consulate.

I didn't ask about the basics of gifting. I regularly gift to those who have embassies in my commonwealth and across my colonies. The question is, why can't I gift crystal yet. Is it because it isn't in the GBT due to volumes, or is there something else that needs to be added that we should anticipate at a later date?
