Landing Pads Freezing
So I've been playing the game (who would've thought?) and as I was playing a noticed that I wasn't getting any colonists, I went ahead and checked to see if I had enough housing space and jobs and I had 200+ for both, but for some reason when I checked the landing pads and hovered over them, the progress bar was frozen and stuck there. I've already reloaded the game twice and no luck. Anyone have any clue?

If you are still a dependent colony and haven't been paying your taxes then you most likely have an immigration embargo against you from the mother colony. Once you have repaid a sufficient amount of taxes, the embargo will be lifted. If you are an independent colony, make sure you have not accidentally disabled immigration.
