And now for real:
He already kinda "excused" for that sudden decay feature but in my opinion it is quite unnecessary to apologize when people are kinda abusing the system (I find the storage and decay system quite necessary for more realism). Most people probably already got over the phase of ANGER which is why it is useless to implement it again in the next update.
You kinda need to explain what protection he should add to the gtb. Should he control the price? I'm sorry but I kinda like the demand-supply system more (the market should decide the price and not some person). Should he remove the spam 100 offers? He is currently working on it.
And apologizing for that harsh but fair method seems really unnecessary since it will not change anything.
You don't have to advertise for other suggestions but having storage for every other resource would also put some realism (like library for research to handle all information) but the storage limit of your buildings could be a little bit more.

no in my first prosition it is remove temporary the decay of ressource to say :
we have a new udape who had storage and if you wait to long time the ressource who had new storage decay
