Does anyone actually give assistance for this product.

I'll look for something else.

First, I had a heck of a time trying to register to this forum. I tried several times to use the email verification and each time I never received an email verification. There is nothing in my spam folder.
Finally, I was able to register manually.

Second, about the EZ Register v2.5.0.
Whenever I reopen the app I must got to folder in the upper right and manual open my EZ Register file.
Is this normal?
