I found the answer to my question. In order to import a .csv file into EZ Database, you have to get the upgrade.

I want to import a file from another Database, but every time I try, the app asks if the first row of data contains column names. It's a very useful question, but there's no way to answer except to dismiss. It won't import the .csv without using the first row of data as column names. Is there a simple solution for this?
