I totally get how frustrating that can be! I've had similar issues with apps before. First, double-check that you're logged into the Microsoft Store with the same account you used to buy My Colony Premium. Sometimes, if you're on a different account, it won't recognize your purchase. Also, go to the Microsoft Store app, click on "Library" at the bottom, and look for My Colony Premium under "Owned." If you find it there, try installing it from that list. If that doesn't work, your best bet is to contact Microsoft Store support with your purchase details. They've helped me out in the past when I had a similar problem. Good luck!
