Ape Apps

I can't build a colony in my multiplayer Region (neither private not public)without choosing pre-existing region. When I try to create a new colony it only gives me an option to insert custom charter code or choose among existing multiplayer regions.
And I want to build in my region. Or I'm missing sth?
