I found the solution ... I come to share it. It will surely be able to help someone

I simply removed the special characters from the name ☆ MIDKEMIA ☆, to rename it: Midkemia 1 and it worked.

I was able to create a new city in my old save game and also join the Commonwealth of this one with a brand new game.

And where does my inability to save a new map in a new game, even on the online application, come from?
I would like to create a new map in my damaged save game (to build the buildings that will allow me to send my resources to a new game)...

It will be great.
For the moment, I start a new region map but I can't save new map even in colony web app !
It stay on this message '' updating stats '' , no end of this screen.
I was thinking '' maybe if install it again ... Or a older version'' but if colony web app has the same problem, it can't come from my Android.
I can't play anymore 😖, old or new game, in local game or web app; nothing work.
What can I do to fix it ?

Haven't play since a year, first bad new half of my local save are gone, I tried to open my region map, but nothing worked.
Only save .mcz ( of 2mo) work, I save it to a .mcr ( of 7mo) and in the cloud. (Save .mcr in server cloud is 11mo but can't download it).
Region opened but I have a message for each Map in region: '' region still loading ".

my first wish, get back all my map if possible, if not, only the big one, it's my capitol worked many hours to made it. It's the most fabulous of my creation.

At least, if nothing is possible, send all my rss to a new region map ...
But commonwealth charter change every time !! Can't create a new map, the game never save it successfully

how many people can buy food per supermarket ? I had build 1 supermarket per Large Residential Complex or 2 for 3. But the game always saying '' supermarket needed '', can't see where it's needed....
