Building does not show up in building list?
I have the issue with the "Center of Artificial Learning" building. I have researched "Artificial intellingence" and "Tall Construction", but I still do not see the building in my construction menu or the building menu of my construction drones. So according to the encyclopedia it should be there.
It is quite possible that I researched the "Artificial Intelligence" technology before the building was implemented.
How can I fix this?

Buildings will not appear in the build list until all the required research has been done, you are at the required atmosphere level, you have some of all the required resources, and finally you have the bot required to build it.

Thank you, this helps. There is Regolith requested which I do not have on the Earth like colony - I missed that point. Let us see if it works when I can import it from my other worlds.
