How to Declare Independence in 0.52.0 (Crome Ver.)
I'm wanting my colony to declare independence, but I'm not sure how - and all sources I can find are outdated, telling me to go to menus that no longer exist. All I really know is that I need some 200,000 civic points.

I was being told to go to a sub-menu in statistics.

In your consulate (or similar building for other factions) go to "Policy". There should be a "Declare Independence" option.
