Workforce and unemployment issue
No matter what i do I can't seem to get my unemployment below 3% I have 450 jobless people with 450 free jobs. I finally stabilized my colony but many of the building are still not working until I go into it's menu and view workers. At that point it goes from a few or no people actually working to everyone's at work or no employees. It's frustrating going to every atmo condenser and doing this for all 260

Turn off immigration, and then just wait. The unemployment rate should go down slowly.
