I'm trying to copy files or folders from my tablet Samsung (Android 9) to a PC in my local network, that I can see on the app.

When you browse to a folder on your network, if you open up the "three dots" menu there should be an option that says something like "upload files here"

I don't know if anyone knows this but you can download files from computer by adding them to an archive and you can extract it in your mobile using winrar
