Faster Plastic Production
We need something that can increase the amount of plastic produced per structure. Although I have Recycling Centers and Plastic Factories, these are not able to produce enough compared to what I want to develop for my settlements.
Plastic is manageable once you get enough aluminum to build a couple hundred recycling centers, but the existing plastic factory really is terribly inefficient. Hope an Advanced Plastic Factory will look awesome!

After the Advanced Plastic Factory, I would hope an Alien Plastic Factory could be released as well.

That will also work, so long as you have enough alien artifacts to run the facility.
