Sometimes your colonists will pick up bad habits that can destroy themselves and others if not dealt with. However, there is hope for these poor colonists. With the proper support of a higher being and a close community of sponsors, your colonists will be able to replace their bad habits with personal and community development.

Since my first attempt at making a Data File didn't go very well, I wanted to attach my latest attempt in order to get some more feedback on how to do better with construction costs and utility requirements.
