Changing salaries
When I try to change salaries I can do it for one type of job then I can't click anymore (menu is bugged, can't click on any button, nothing happens) and have to click nevermind (to leave the menu, normally it should send me back to the global capitol policy menu) and double click again on capitol to reopen menu to change another salary.

I updated to .87 a day or two ago. since then I have lost close to 6 billion dollars/money. In Statistics>Resources>Money I have an inflow of 375,224 and an outflow of 16,436. I have made adjustments to labor salaries but I am still bleeding money.
I have no idea whats happening, but on the Money ticker at the top during normal game play I never see it go red indicating I am losing money, but my total amount keeps dropping.
