Here's an idea.
Like hospitals you could add police stations and police HQ and finally idk... like an FBI building.
As you could add safety to Health and fatigue. Where your population needs to be protected by crime that happens.
You could even add a prison system as well... idk just an idea...

This is already planned to be added in future updates along with crime
Just a suggestion...do try to avoid having a "radius" or territory of some sort once this building is ready. It kind of messes up the planning when we only have limited amount of space.
