I have about 4950 colonists and only about 4432 jobs. I understand why some of my colonists are unemployed but I do not understand why the pie chart says that the colony's concern is 73% Homeless. Please help
Keep in mind that the colonists concerns are limited only to the unhappy colonists. The higher your approval rating, the smaller that 73% actually amounts to. 100% approval and it's basically null and void
You only need to address colonist's concerns if your approval rating is below 100%.
If your population is, for example, 10,000 and your approval rating is 90% then you have 1,000 disgruntled citizens. Of the 1,000 disgruntled citizens 730 of them would be complaining about homelessness in that case.

Ohhh makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. I make it a point to get to at least 90% approval rating that's why I was a bit confused about the chart.
